In this role the candidate will
- ▪ Lead end-to-end engineering program lifecycle
- ▪ Serve as technical payload leader
- ▪ Manage project schedule budget execution
- ▪ Track mitigate program risks opportunities
- ▪ Lead material manufacturing DfMA efforts
- ▪ Coordinate cross-functional staffing resource management
- ▪ Present technical financial updates internally
- ▪ Align program execution business strategy
- ▪ Adapt to shifting customer priorities
- ▪ Demonstrate strong communication teamwork skills
Qualifications
- ▪ Engineering degree six years experience
- ▪ US Security Clearance eligibility required
- ▪ Mechanical detailed design MCAD modeling
- ▪ Technical cost schedule management experience
- ▪ Professional technical team leadership experience
Preferred Additional Skills
- ▪ Active Top Secret SCI preferred
- ▪ Project Management Certification PMP preferred
- ▪ Optical space vehicle integration testing
- ▪ Complex electro-optical mechanical system testing
- ▪ Hardware software system integration expertise
- ▪ Customer business development relationship management
- ▪ Proven long term planning track
- ▪ Government EVMS contracting practices knowledge
