Job OverviewThis entry-level human resources position combines talent acquisition support with general administrative functions within an on-site office environment in Lahore. Operating during night-shift hours, the primary focus of this role involves facilitating the candidate pipeline by searching across professional networks, filtering incoming applications, and coordinating interview logistics. Additionally, the position plays an active role in conducting preliminary applicant assessments, tracking recruitment data, and assisting with routine departmental operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support all phases of the talent acquisition lifecycle from initial outreach to hiring.
- Utilize multiple candidate channels to identify, attract, and evaluate potential applicants.
- Organize and manage interview schedules between applicants and hiring teams.
- Perform initial phone screenings and maintain ongoing communication with potential hires.
- Keep internal human resource systems, records, and recruitment tracking files organized and up to date.
- Provide routine administrative assistance across general human resources operations as directed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience in human resources or recruitment ranging from 6 months to 1 year is preferred.
- Fresh graduates holding a degree in Human Resources with previous relevant internship background are eligible to apply.
