The successful candidate will contribute to end-to-end recruitment workflows, handling everything from initial talent outreach on professional networks to candidate screening, interview scheduling, and final onboarding documentation. Designed as a structured three-month internship program, this role presents an immediate opportunity to develop functional capabilities in international human resources, talent souring strategies, and candidate relationship management. It is particularly well-suited for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to establish a professional foundation in human resources, talent acquisition, or global recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively connect with prospective global candidates via LinkedIn.
- Review candidate resumes and application materials to create shortlists for open positions.
- Perform preliminary screening assessments and qualification calls with prospective hires.
- Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications throughout the hiring funnel.
- Maintain consistent touchpoints with applicants to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Draft, organize, and archive onboarding materials alongside general recruitment administrative files.
- Provide comprehensive support across every operational phase of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational background consisting of a recent bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities paired with polished interpersonal skills.
- High confidence level when conducting telephone or virtual interviews with candidate pools.
