Requirements
- • 5+ years of Call Center/BPO experience
- • 2–3 years in Operations/Floor/Telesales Management
- • Strong Outbound Sales & Telesales experience
- • Experience managing 50–100+ agents preferred
- • Strong knowledge of sales KPIs, conversion & productivity
- • Good leadership, reporting, Excel & CRM skills
- • International campaign experience preferred
