Swift Studioz

On-siteInternship (3 Months)

Job Overview

Swift Studioz is accepting applications for its three-month on-site internship program based at Colabs Gulberg, Lahore. Designed to bridge the gap between foundational technical knowledge and commercial execution, this initiative offers practical project experience across four specialized domain tracks: Web Development, AI Engineering, Design and Frontend, and Data and Operations.
Participants engage in hands-on building and operational tasks aligned with their chosen specialization. Web development interns focus on functional software construction, AI engineering interns work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous agents, frontend designers build user interfaces while receiving continuous feedback, and data operations interns manage high-precision workflows. Interns who demonstrate outstanding capability during the three-month duration are eligible for transition into permanent paid positions. This opportunity suits entry-level developers, aspiring AI practitioners, UI designers, and operations specialists in Lahore who possess functional project skills and want to demonstrate their capabilities on real-world assignments.

Key Responsibilities

★ Construct and deploy functional web applications using modern software development practices (Web Development Track).
★ Build and test artificial intelligence workflows utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and AI agents (AI Engineering Track).
★ Design, prototype, and refine digital user interfaces based on structured technical feedback (Design and Frontend Track).
★ Execute data processing, analysis, and operational tasks with high speed and systematic accuracy (Data and Operations Track).
★ Collaborate on-site with team members at the Colabs Gulberg workspace on active studio projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

★ Ability to independently construct functional software applications for freshers applying to the Web Development track.
★ Practical familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agentic systems for the AI Engineering track.
★ Demonstrated proficiency in user interface design and frontend layout construction for the Design and Frontend track.
★ High operational precision, rapid task execution, and strong attention to detail for the Data and Operations track.
★ Capability to work full-time on-site at Colabs Gulberg, Lahore throughout the three-month program.
★ Submission of tangible proof of work, such as code repositories, live software projects, or design portfolios.

Who May Be a Good Fit for This Role?

This program may be suitable for candidates in Lahore who possess practical baseline skills and want to apply them in an active studio environment. Fresh graduates with functional programming abilities, developers exploring generative AI tools, frontend designers seeking constructive feedback, and detail-oriented data handlers will find suitable tracks within this three-month initiative. It is ideal for individuals based near Gulberg who value on-site collaboration, prefer practical execution over purely theoretical learning, and aim to secure long-term paid roles based on demonstrated merit.

What the Company Offers

★ Potential transition into a paid permanent position for interns who demonstrate top performance during the three-month program

Application Tips

Applicants may want to prioritize showcasing tangible proof of work rather than relying solely on traditional resume summaries. When submitting your application via email, ensure that your targeted track—Web Development, AI Engineering, Design and Frontend, or Data and Operations—is explicitly specified in the subject line. Candidates should include direct links to public code repositories (such as GitHub), live web applications, or digital design portfolios that demonstrate real technical execution. Highlighting practical experience with LLMs, interface components, or precise data workflows relevant to your chosen track will help reviewers quickly evaluate your readiness for the on-site program.
