- In this role, trainees acquire hands-on experience under the direct guidance of senior software engineers, participating across the full development lifecycle from frontend user interfaces to backend business logic. Key exposure includes writing clean and maintainable code, integrating RESTful APIs, configuring database structures, and managing version control repositories using Git. Working daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, trainees troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to feature development, and practice industry-standard engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓ Assist senior developers in engineering, testing, and maintaining software features for full-stack web applications.
- ✓ Write clean, readable, and structured source code under senior engineering mentorship.
