Key Responsibilities
- ▪ Deliver clearly defined features, bug fixes, and software updates using a combination of manual coding and AI agent assistance.
- ▪ Write clean, testable, and maintainable frontend and backend code aligned with established engineering standards.
- ▪ Critically review AI-generated code to identify logical errors, edge-case failures, unhandled assumptions, or architectural issues.
- ▪ Apply spec-driven development by defining clear technical intent, system constraints, and acceptance criteria before writing code.
- ▪ Provide AI tools with necessary contextual information, including clear functional requirements, constraints, and code examples.
- ▪ Engage in manual coding and debugging without AI assistance to continuously refine personal technical instincts and problem-solving skills.
- ▪ Explore emerging AI engineering workflows and tools to determine their practical value and limitations.
