To support its continued international growth across Europe and North America, BLP Digital is recruiting a remote Software Engineer within its Backend Engineering team across the UK, Ireland, Poland, and Spain. In this full-time role, engineers take end-to-end ownership of backend product evolution—from analyzing real-world business challenges to deploying scalable code. Working primarily with Golang, MySQL, Docker, and Kubernetes across multi-cloud environments, candidates will build maintainable software, direct technical architecture, mentor peers, and directly influence automation products used by global enterprises.

❯❯ Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and production code.

❯❯ Strong technical ownership and willingness to take accountability for code quality, product evolution, and team growth.
