Job Overview
- Revolut is inviting ambitious university graduates to join its 12-month Graduate Programme as a Python Software Engineer. This scheme is structured to kick-start careers in financial technology, providing hands-on experience within engineering squads responsible for building high-impact financial products and scalable global infrastructure.
- In this role, engineers focus on constructing robust APIs, architecting data models, and establishing scalable data pipelines using Python 3, SQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Working within a Test-Driven Development (TDD) environment, candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- ✦ Architect and implement scalable, well-designed application programming interfaces (APIs).
- ✦ Construct and manage data pipelines to power reporting mechanisms, analytics, and data science workflows.
- ✦ Partner with cross-functional squads to conceptualize and deploy modern data models and system flows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- ✦ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related STEM discipline.
- ✦ Demonstrated technical portfolio containing coding projects or open-source software contributions.
- ✦ Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
- ✦ Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
- ✦ Excellent organizational skills paired with effective communication abilities.
- ✦ Fluent command of the English language.
- ✦ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and diverse team setting.
- ✦ Availability for full-time employment commencing in either early 2027 or late 2027.
