This position is hosted within the Engineering & Product department under the Enterprise Deployment group at ElevenLabs. The team focuses on embedding directly with major commercial clients to deploy scalable AI voice, agent, and audio model integrations.

ElevenLabs is seeking an adaptable Software Engineer to join its Enterprise Deployment team in North America. Operating at the intersection of backend engineering and partner collaboration, this client-embedded role is dedicated to deploying state-of-the-art artificial intelligence audio, voice, and conversational agent platforms for high-value enterprise partners.
In this position, you will take full ownership of end-to-end engineering projects, designing technical architectures and building robust API integrations tailored to partner requirements. Working directly with client engineers and executive leaders, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear solutions while solving high-stakes integration challenges.

★ Take complete end-to-end technical ownership of complex software deployment projects for strategic enterprise partners.
★ Architect, write, and deploy full-scale software integrations using ElevenLabs' AI audio models and API platforms.
★ Collaborate daily with partner engineering teams and client executives to evaluate architecture designs and optimize product usage.
★ Translate intricate technical details into clear, actionable logic and summaries for diverse partner stakeholders.
★ Solve complex technical challenges through custom coding, feature prototyping, and system architecture adjustments.
★ Travel regularly to partner locations across North America for on-site technical sessions and deployment execution.

★ Strong software engineering foundation with deep knowledge of Python, software architecture, and API integrations.
★ Demonstrated experience working directly with customers or technical stakeholders (relevant experience in university clubs or side projects is accepted).
★ Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems using logic and deliver optimal, scalable solutions.
★ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to summarize technical knowledge effectively.
★ Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer on-site visits and technical workshops.

★ Remote-first work arrangement available to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
★ Preference for candidates located in or near San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, with the option to utilize local company office spaces.
★ Regular travel is required to attend partner on-sites and collaborative workshops.
