Job Overview
- Ncontracts is seeking a full-time Senior Software Developer to join its engineering organization on a fully remote basis. Ncontracts delivers integrated risk management and compliance SaaS solutions to over 5,000 financial institutions across the United States.
- This role focuses on designing, building, and integrating core software products within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Operating within a Kanban-driven framework that prioritizes steady progress, small team initiatives, and well-defined project cycles, Ncontracts intentionally avoids individual user story estimations. Instead, the engineering team focuses on close collaboration with product managers, user story mapping, design sprints, and reliable delivery.
Engineering Philosophy & Practices

Key Responsibilities

- ✦ Demonstrated practical experience writing automated unit tests.
- ✦ Knowledge of system instrumentation, monitoring, and telemetry techniques.
- ✦ Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and operating within CI/CD pipelines.
- ✦ Experience conducting and receiving both live interactive and written code reviews.
