Curve Dental is seeking a full-stack Software Developer to join its engineering team in building cloud-based dental practice management solutions. Serving dental professionals and practice teams throughout North America, the company builds integrated software platforms that streamline clinical workflows, imaging, scheduling, billing, and patient engagement across desktop and mobile environments. In this role, the developer will take end-to-end feature ownership across the application lifecycle, moving code from initial architecture through to production release.
The technical work encompasses developing robust C#/.NET backend microservices, building dynamic TypeScript and Angular frontend interfaces, and architecting relational database structures. Beyond writing code, developers contribute actively to engineering culture by participating in architectural direction, reviewing peer code, and mentoring team members. This opportunity is well suited for technically grounded software engineers with at least three years of professional full-stack experience who excel at solving complex technical problems and writing secure code within regulated data environments.

★ Build, maintain, and enhance end-to-end features using C#/.NET for backend services and TypeScript with Angular for frontend user interfaces.
★ Own product features throughout their entire lifecycle, taking responsibility from initial system design to production deployment and monitoring.
★ Maintain high software standards, conduct thorough peer code reviews, and steward code quality across the platform.
★ Provide technical mentorship to team members and help shape the future architectural direction of the product suite.
★ Conduct end-to-end root-cause analysis to diagnose and resolve production issues across frontend and backend layers.
★ Design relational database schemas, compose complex SQL queries, and execute production-safe data migrations.
★ Write secure code to protect sensitive information, including personal health information (PHI) and financial records, in compliance with regulatory standards.
★ Evaluate and incorporate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows while critically reviewing generated output for accuracy and safety.

★ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
★ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
★ Solid backend programming proficiency in C#/.NET or a comparable object-oriented language such as Java.
★ Strong frontend engineering skills using TypeScript alongside a modern framework, with a preference for Angular.
★ Firm grounding in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
★ Strong SQL and relational database skills, including complex query writing, schema design, transaction management, and safe data migration execution.
★ Proven background writing secure code within data-sensitive or regulated environments handling PHI, PII, or financial data.
★ Practical experience with Agile development practices, code review processes, and automated unit testing tools such as xUnit, NUnit, or Playwright.
★ Experience utilizing AI-assisted developer platforms (such as Copilot or Claude Code) with a critical approach to inspecting generated code.
Preferred Skills and Experience
★ Experience building or maintaining large-scale data migration frameworks or system integration platforms.
★ Exposure to cloud computing infrastructure and message queueing architectures, such as AWS.
★ Prior experience working within healthcare technology or other highly regulated data domains.
