Key Responsibilities
- ✦ Execute social media strategies under the direction of the media leadership team.
- ✦ Develop original digital content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- ✦ Monitor emerging online trends and viral topics across major social channels.
- ✦ Deliver scheduled content assets according to the editorial calendar and propose fresh ideas.
- ✦ Evaluate weekly platform analytics to assess content performance and adjust campaign tactics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ✦ Current enrollment or recent completion of a degree program in Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- ✦ High proficiency in written English communication.
- ✦ Hands-on familiarity with major social networks including Instagram and TikTok.
- ✦ Demonstrated capacity for reliable, professional, and timely communication in a remote team environment.
- ✦ Capability to manage personal task schedules independently to meet established deadlines.
- ✦ Availability to participate in weekly organization-wide and team meetings over digital channels.
- ✦ Willingness to commit to the role through at least April 30, 2025.
- ✦ Legal authorization to complete an internship within the United States.
- ✦ Submission of a one-page cover letter alongside the formal application.
- ✦ Strong verbal speaking capabilities (preferred).
- ✦ Prior experience using Canva for visual design (preferred).
- ✦ Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (preferred).
