- This position does not require prior artificial intelligence experience; rather, it relies on deep software engineering expertise, technical writing proficiency, and analytical problem-solving skills. Contributors work remotely with cross-functional teams, performing rubric-based assessments, authoring technical documentation, and conducting independent research.
Key Responsibilities
- ★ Assess and enhance AI-generated software engineering outputs to maintain technical precision and readability.
- ★ Design, iterate on, and evaluate structured prompts to improve the quality of generated technical content.
- ★ Perform rubric-driven evaluations of model responses while delivering detailed constructive feedback.
- ★ Author, edit, and review technical documents, including RFCs, architecture blueprints, design specs, and engineering proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
