Job Overview
- ZeePalm is seeking a QA Intern for a full-time, paid position based on-site at its office in DHA EME, Lahore. This internship program is designed to provide fresh graduates and current students with practical experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and product verification. Working directly with software applications across web and mobile platforms, the intern will be responsible for conducting manual testing, identifying software defects, drafting test cases, and monitoring bug resolutions through completion. The role involves close collaboration with software developers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure overall application stability. Additionally, the intern will assist in maintaining essential QA documentation and test reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- ★ Conduct manual testing procedures across web and mobile software applications.
- ★ Detect, document, and monitor software defects throughout the bug lifecycle.
- ★ Formulate, organize, and execute structured test cases and testing plans.
- ★ Perform functional and regression testing cycles to maintain software quality.
- ★ Work alongside development teams to communicate defects and verify resolutions.
- ★ Assist in creating and updating quality assurance documentation, logs, and reports.
