An opportunity is available in Saudi Arabia for an experienced finance and accounting professional to serve as a Project Manager for Financial Reporting Effectiveness. This specialized role focuses on driving high-standard technical accounting practices, optimizing end-to-end financial reporting processes, and ensuring rigorous compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The position involves leading month-end and year-end financial closings, managing complex revenue accounting and consolidations, and overseeing project accounting, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and cost allocation structures. Additionally, the role encompasses strategic budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow oversight, working capital management, and treasury exposure analysis.

★ Lead and oversee financial reporting effectiveness, technical accounting workflows, and IFRS compliance across operations.
★ Execute and streamline month-end and year-end financial closing processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.
★ Direct revenue accounting operations and manage consolidated financial statements.
★ Supervise project accounting functions, CAPEX tracking, and cost allocation models across business units.
★ Develop comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, and detailed analytical performance reports.
★ Monitor cash flow position, optimize working capital strategies, and manage treasury risk exposures.
★ Communicate complex financial insights and progress reports effectively to key organizational stakeholders.

★ 6+ years of hands-on professional experience in finance and accounting domains.
★ Deep technical expertise in financial reporting frameworks and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
★ Demonstrated capability in managing month-end/year-end closing procedures, reconciliations, revenue accounting, and financial consolidation.
★ Practical knowledge of project accounting principles, CAPEX management, cost allocation methodologies, and treasury exposure.
★ Strong technical proficiency in financial analysis, corporate budgeting, and long-term financial forecasting.
★ Proven stakeholder management capabilities combined with executive reporting skills.
★ Prior professional experience within large-scale development projects, real estate, or construction industries is preferred.
★ Previous working experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is preferred.

★ Position is open exclusively to immediate joiners.
★ Candidates must hold a valid and transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia.
★ Specified eligible nationalities include Indian, Pakistani, and Sri Lankan candidates.
