- ā¢ Manage solar plant operations maintenance transition
- ā¢ Handle power station duty shift dispatching
- ā¢ Expertise in high-voltage substations switchgear transformers
- ā¢ Analyze relay protection fault settings troubleshooting
- ā¢ Maintain PV modules inverters tracking systems
- ā¢ Perform IV curve hot spot EL testing
- ā¢ Manage SCADA AGC AVC forecasting systems
- ā¢ Coordinate power-grid dispatching communication systems
- ā¢ Demonstrate strong leadership analytical problem-solving skills
- ā¢ Handle equipment failures grid emergency situations
- ā¢ Willingness for shift-based on-site plant operations
- ā¢ Coordinate with grid dispatchers EPC OEMs

- ā¢ Preferred 100MW+ utility-scale solar experience
- ā¢ Background in large-scale renewable energy projects
