Job Overview

OpenX, a global leader in digital media monetization and advertising technology, is seeking a hands-on Motion Design and Video Editor to lead visual content creation across web, social media, and connected TV (CTV) platforms. This contract position begins on a part-time schedule of 2 to 3 days per week from September through December, with the goal of expanding into a full-week engagement as production volume scales. Collaborating closely with brand designers, product marketers, and growth specialists, the editor will craft high-impact motion graphics, quick-turn social cuts, brand campaign videos, and explainer animations. The role combines creative storytelling, production oversight, and workflow optimization, incorporating modern software and AI tools.

★ Lead concept development, storyboarding, video capture, and post-production editing for digital-first content on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
★ Manage video projects end-to-end, balancing visual quality, production speed, and operational standards.
★ Design and animate visually engaging motion graphics that bring the brand identity to life across diverse channels.
★ Partner with external production agencies to deliver major brand campaign videos, providing creative direction and visual alignment.
★ Translate complex advertising technology topics into clear visual stories, including sizzle reels, social teasers, and explainer videos.
★ Identify production efficiency gains and apply AI-assisted editing tools to streamline workflows and elevate asset quality.
★ Oversee project timelines, deliverable schedules, and priorities across concurrent video campaigns.
★ Maintain awareness of current visual design trends and video production techniques within the digital advertising industry.

★ 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or content creation, preferably within the B2B technology or AdTech sector.
★ High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite alongside comprehensive knowledge of video editing tools and social content workflows.
★ Strong creative portfolio showcasing expertise across motion graphics, static design assets, video production, and visual storytelling.
★ Collaborative and business-oriented mindset focused on creative quality and video performance metrics.
★ Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple concurrent video productions.
★ Familiarity with AI-enabled video creation, editing, and workflow automation tools.

★ Initial contract period runs from September through December with an option for contract extension.
★ Position begins as a part-time commitment (2–3 days per week) to establish production volume before transitioning to a full-week schedule.
