Job Overview

o3interfaces is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join its design team located in Sector I-11/3, Islamabad. This entry-level position is designed for an emerging product designer interested in crafting digital user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Working alongside senior design professionals and software development teams, the candidate will contribute to developing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and functional prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. The position involves participating in basic user research to better understand user behavior and refining interface layouts based on constructive team feedback.

★ Assist in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile software applications.
★ Support senior designers in developing initial wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.
★ Collaborate with cross-functional designers and developers to understand and translate project requirements into functional layouts.
★ Participate in basic user research efforts to analyze user behavior and inform design improvements.
★ Utilize design software including Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create, update, and manage design assets.
★ Iterate and revise visual concepts based on constructive feedback from team members and project stakeholders.
★ Keep up to date with modern UI/UX design trends, emerging design systems, and industry standards.

★ 6 months to 1 year of practical working experience in UI/UX design.
★ A foundational portfolio demonstrating a clear grasp of UI/UX design principles and visual hierarchy.
★ Hands-on familiarity with industry-standard design applications such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
★ Basic understanding of user-centered design methodologies and responsive layout principles.
