Job Overview

This entry-level software engineering position offers recent university graduates an opportunity to kickstart their technical careers within a fast-paced development environment. Designed for early-career professionals possessing a solid foundation in either modern full-stack web development, Python programming, or artificial intelligence and machine learning, the role centers on creating, testing, and maintaining production-ready software features. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with experienced technical leaders to design database schemas, optimize backend logic, and contribute to continuous product enhancements.
The position demands strong logical reasoning, effective analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt rapidly to evolving technical stacks. Whether working with MERN technologies or assisting with data processing pipelines and model development, developers will work directly on practical, real-world engineering challenges. This opportunity is well-suited for motivated entry-level developers eager to refine their coding practices, enhance their communication skills, and build high-quality software solutions within a structured team.

★ Construct, evaluate, and maintain application features utilizing MERN stack components or Python.
★ Support machine learning workflows, data processing pipelines, and model training tasks where applicable.
★ Architect database schemas, author efficient queries, and diagnose performance issues across relational or NoSQL systems.
★ Produce well-organized, readable, and maintainable source code adhering to established software standards.
★ Apply systematic and structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex technical hurdles.
★ Engage actively in technical discussions, present creative ideas, and maintain transparent communication across the team.
★ Partner with senior engineering team members to ensure the timely delivery of robust digital products.

★ Comprehensive understanding of full-stack MERN technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or core Python development including APIs and backend scripting.
★ Academic background or personal interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, model training, or data engineering.
★ Sound grasp of relational or non-relational database architectures and query concepts.
★ Demonstrated analytical capabilities, logical reasoning, and structured technical problem-solving skills.
★ Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective teamwork.
★ Capacity to absorb complex technical topics quickly and adjust to new tools or workflows.
★ Status as a recent graduate with zero to six months of professional software development experience.

This role may be suitable for recent computer science or software engineering graduates who possess a strong foundational knowledge of web development or backend programming. Candidates who enjoy solving algorithmic challenges, working with databases, or exploring artificial intelligence applications will find this opportunity particularly engaging. Individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate rapid learning capabilities, and take pride in writing clean, structured code are well-positioned for this track. Additionally, early-career developers seeking direct mentorship from senior engineers while contributing to active production applications may view this environment as an ideal platform for professional growth.

★ Bi-annual performance-based financial bonuses
★ Generous policy for both planned and casual paid time off
★ Annual dedicated education budget supporting professional courses, certifications, and industry conferences
★ Initial stipend provided on day one for hardware and essential work tools
★ Recurring monthly stipend covering home internet expenses
★ Comprehensive health and wellness coverage
★ Flexible working arrangements including hybrid and remote options where practical
★ Regular team social gatherings held quarterly alongside an annual retreat

Applicants may want to highlight academic projects, open-source contributions, or personal repositories that showcase hands-on experience with the MERN stack, Python backend frameworks, or machine learning concepts. Emphasizing practical coursework involving database management, API design, or algorithmic problem-solving can help illustrate technical readiness. Furthermore, candidates are encouraged to present clean, well-documented code samples on platforms like GitHub to demonstrate coding standards. Clearly articulating previous collaboration in team projects or university hackathons can also effectively highlight communication skills and adaptability.
