Tech Domain is seeking a motivated IT Service Delivery Intern for a three-month paid program based at its office in Johar Town, Lahore. Operating on a rotational shift schedule, this position serves as a key operational liaison between clients and internal technical teams. The intern will focus on facilitating clear client communication, understanding service expectations, providing routine progress reports, and tracking the complete lifecycle of service requests.
This internship is designed for students and graduates with academic backgrounds in Information Technology (BSIT), Computer Science (BSCS), Operations Management, or related disciplines who want to build a career in IT operations and service management. Exceptional performance during the three-month internship period offers a direct pathway toward a full-time position within the company.

▪ Liaise directly with clients to understand technical service requirements and document project scopes.
▪ Maintain consistent communication with clients by delivering routine service updates and progress reports.
▪ Coordinate closely with systems engineers and internal technical departments to ensure smooth service execution.
▪ Log, monitor, and track active service requests, technical issues, and operational tasks.
▪ Perform systematic follow-ups with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of pending technical issues.
▪ Maintain accurate service logs, client documentation, and operational records.
▪ Oversee daily service delivery workflows to maintain high quality and operational consistency.
▪ Assist operational leadership in identifying process improvement opportunities for client service delivery.

▪ Academic degree or active enrollment in Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology (BSIT), Operations Management, or a related field.
▪ Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client-facing environments.
▪ Solid organizational and task-coordination capabilities with a proactive approach to internal follow-ups.
▪ Effective problem-solving skills paired with a genuine desire to learn IT service management methodologies.
▪ Flexibility and willingness to work within a rotational shift schedule.
