Job OverviewFulcrum is seeking motivated IT Interns to join its technical operations team based in Karachi. This internship is designed to offer practical exposure to daily corporate IT functions, hardware maintenance, software configuration, and infrastructure support. Interns will work alongside established IT professionals to resolve routine technical queries, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain accurate technical documentation. The role involves hands-on engagement with computer systems, network peripherals, and essential software applications in an active office environment. This opportunity is well-suited for early-career tech enthusiasts, recent graduates, or entry-level professionals who possess fundamental knowledge of computer systems and wish to build foundational industry experience. Operating on a full-week schedule from Monday through Saturday, this position provides a paid stipend while developing essential problem-solving and diagnostic capabilities within a collaborative corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- ☑ Assist core technical personnel with everyday administrative and IT operations.
- ☑ Deliver basic technical support and perform initial troubleshooting for user issues.
- ☑ Help maintain, configure, and service computer hardware, software, and system peripherals.
- ☑ Keep accurate logs, basic documentation, and records of IT inventory and technical activities.
