Key Responsibilities
- ★ Participate in daily departmental operations across designated focus areas such as Global Communications, Marketing, Donor Relations, or Human Resources.
- ★ Serve as an active advocate for child protection by embedding child safety principles into all organizational tasks and decision-making processes.
- ★ Comply with institutional standards, behavioral expectations, and the ministry's Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct.
- ★ Promptly report any child welfare concerns, neglect, or abuse through established internal reporting channels.
- ★ Support institutional goals through courteous collaboration, personal faith alignment, and active involvement in ministry prayer and cultural practices.
- ★ Fulfill assigned project duties during full-time scheduled hours from Monday through Friday throughout the internship duration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ★ Current college student or recent graduate with an expected graduation date between May 2024 and December 2026.
- ★ Full availability for the complete internship timeframe from February 1, 2027, to May 14, 2027.
- ★ Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- ★ Legal authorization to work in the United States, including valid visa status and Social Security documentation for international applicants.
- ★ Active personal faith in Jesus Christ, with a commitment to Christ-like conduct and uplifting the ministry through prayer.
- ★ Alignment with core organizational cultural behaviors and child protection guidelines.
