- • Investigate customer technical issues, document root-cause findings, resolve routine problems, and escalate complex challenges to senior engineering teams.
- • Assist with system installation, software patching, system hardening, and security configuration tasks across client platforms.
- • Maintain organized documentation, system inventories, configuration logs, and operational procedures.
- • Assist with regulatory compliance tasks by gathering technical evidence and adhering to established security protocols.
- • Learn the RapidFort security platform to build practical expertise in software supply chain protection, container security, and vulnerability reduction.

Application Tips
- Applicants may want to highlight relevant military technical training, help desk experience, software co-ops, or hands-on laboratory work on their resume to demonstrate technical capability. Clearly stating active U.S. citizenship and Secret security clearance status near the top of the resume is essential. Candidates should also showcase any hands-on experience with Linux troubleshooting, Windows administration, networking concepts, or certifications such as Security+. Highlighting strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn container security technologies will further demonstrate readiness for this public sector role.
