Job Overview
- Big Byte Insights is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join its human resources team on-site at its office in Cantt, Lahore. - During the program, the intern will participate in end-to-end talent acquisition processes for software engineering and technical roles. Key Responsibilities
- ★ Assist with end-to-end technical hiring procedures, including posting open positions, sourcing prospective applicants, reviewing resumes, and scheduling candidate interviews.
- ★ Utilize recruitment platforms, job boards, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn to locate technical talent.
- ★ Support interview coordination and maintain organized applicant tracking pipelines across various open vacancies.
- ★ Help strengthen employer brand visibility by crafting engaging job advertisements and performing community outreach.
- ★ Update and maintain accurate records within HR systems and recruitment databases.
- ★ Partner with technical hiring managers to understand skill specifications for open engineering roles.
- ★ Provide administrative assistance and operational support for additional human resources projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ★ Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ★ Demonstrated interest in technical talent acquisition and understanding software engineering positions.
- ★ Strong verbal and written communication capabilities alongside effective interpersonal skills.
- ★ High level of organizational ability, attention to detail, and skill in managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
