What you'll do
- • Own full-cycle recruiting for up to 40 concurrent corporate and field operation requisitions globally.
- • Partner closely with hiring managers to build scorecards, calibrate candidates, and close hiring decisions.
- • Execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and AI tools to build pipelines.
- • Leverage AI tools and automation to increase recruitment speed, efficiency, and pipeline quality funnel-wide.
- • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience reflecting AvantStay's hospitality-first brand from outreach to offer.
- • Maintain clean ATS data while reporting pipeline metrics and time-to-fill to leadership regularly.
- • Navigate nuances of recruiting effectively across diverse time zones, global geographies, and role types.
- • Continuously iterate on recruitment playbooks, workflows, and templates to optimize team efficiency and performance.
Requirements
- • At least three years full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate and distributed operations teams.
- • Mandatory hospitality industry recruiting experience across hotels, vacation rentals, or travel business sectors.
- • Proven comfort managing high requisition loads with experience handling over thirty open reqs.
- • Fluency and genuine enthusiasm for adopting AI-powered recruiting tools to accelerate workflows.
- • Strong tech stack fluency including modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- • Self-directed, highly organized recruiter able to prioritize ruthlessly within rapidly shifting environments.
- • Demonstrated international recruiting experience across multiple countries is considered a strong plus.
- • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills representing the brand professionally to stakeholders.
Compensation and logistics
- Salary: $35,000–$45,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience.
- Location: Fully remote; candidate must be based outside the U.S.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, aligned to U.S. business hours.
