- Tether is seeking a dedicated Frontend Software Engineer to help engineer intuitive, resilient, and responsive user interfaces that bridge advanced artificial intelligence with seamless human experiences. In this role, the engineer will contribute directly to the development and enhancement of the QV.AC local AI assistant platform. The primary focus involves building stateful, high-performing web applications utilizing React, Preact, and TypeScript within a globally distributed technical ecosystem. Beyond standard web development, the position intersects with peer-to-peer (P2P) systems, real-time media communication, and cross-platform desktop integration. Ideal candidates possess extensive hands-on experience delivering scalable frontend architectures, implementing modular code, and maintaining rigorous testing and code review standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and deploy novel application features alongside software fixes, prioritizing system stability, speed, and end-user satisfaction.
- Uphold elevated codebase standards by participating in peer code reviews, adhering to unified development guidelines, and integrating automated testing pipelines.
- Architect and implement fluid, responsive user interfaces and robust state management structures to deliver smooth cross-platform interactions.
