Job OverviewThis contract engineering role centers on client-side software development, converting detailed design prototypes into production-ready web applications. The primary focus involves building a public landing page alongside a functional administration dashboard. Technical execution relies heavily on modern web standards using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with version control managed through Git and GitHub. Core tasks encompass creating modular interface elements, integrating interactive data displays like charts and filterable tables, and ensuring smooth performance across various device screens. This project-based engagement suits detail-oriented frontend engineers who possess strong component design skills and can demonstrate direct hands-on involvement in past web development work.
Key Responsibilities
- • Translate Figma design mockups and wireframes into code for both a landing page and an admin dashboard.
- • Construct fully responsive user interface layouts optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop displays.
- • Build interactive application components including data tables, forms, search filters, modal windows, cards, charts, and site navigation.
- • Write clean, modular, and maintainable frontend components for reuse across the application.
- • Conduct interface testing, troubleshoot layout issues, resolve software bugs, and execute a complete source-code transfer upon completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- • Proven proficiency in frontend web development using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Git or GitHub.
- • Demonstrated track record of converting Figma visual specifications into functional web interfaces.
- • Thorough understanding of responsive design techniques, web layout principles, and component-driven architecture.
- • Ability to articulate technical contributions and explain implementation choices made in previous projects.
- • Must possess verifiable repositories or source code demonstrating direct technical involvement in past work.
Who May Be a Good Fit for This Role? This role may be suitable for candidates who specialize in modern React ecosystems and enjoy turning UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect code. Software engineers who excel at building complex dashboard components, such as dynamic tables and data visualizers, will find their technical skill set well-aligned with these deliverables. Additionally, professionals seeking a milestone-driven, fully remote contract position with clear project goals may find this structured short-term engagement fitting.
Application TipsApplicants may want to highlight recent web projects that showcase custom React and Next.js component implementations, particularly admin dashboards or data-heavy user interfaces. Providing direct links to active GitHub repositories or code samples where individual logic can be reviewed will help demonstrate technical capability. Candidates should also consider clearly detailing their specific contributions to team projects, current availability, and expected project delivery timelines in their communication.
