Job OverviewA leading international engineering consultancy is currently seeking experienced site-based technical professionals for a major, world-class Data Center infrastructure project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This large-scale construction development encompasses multi-disciplinary site execution, engineering supervision, architectural oversight, MEP planning, and project documentation control. The hiring initiative aims to fill several key operational roles across electrical, extra-low voltage (ELV), mechanical, civil/structural, architectural, planning, and document control departments. Suitable candidates are technical and engineering specialists currently based in Saudi Arabia who possess direct experience in data center construction environments and are capable of joining within a short timeframe.

Key Responsibilities
- ★ Perform site-based engineering, architectural, planning, or documentation management duties specific to your assigned discipline on a large-scale data center project.
- ★ Oversee day-to-day site operations, installations, and technical execution to ensure full compliance with engineering designs and quality standards.
- ★ Collaborate and coordinate technical tasks across multi-disciplinary site teams including electrical, mechanical, ELV, civil/structural, and architectural units.
- ★ Monitor project schedules, construction milestones, and quality control procedures across active work zones.
- ★ Maintain accurate project documentation, technical logs, inspection reports, and site records throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ★ Current residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a valid and transferable Iqama.
- ★ Recent hands-on experience working on at least one large-scale Data Center project.
- ★ Demonstrated professional site experience in a role matching the position applied for (Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or Document Control).
- ★ Availability to join the project within 60 days or less, with preference given to immediate joiners.
- ★ Notice periods exceeding two months will not be considered for these roles.
