Job Overview

Rather than building or training machine learning models, participants will document their workflows, evaluate performance capabilities, and offer structured feedback on AI coding tools. No prior machine learning training experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- ✪ Document real-world software engineering workflows while utilizing Claude Code and related AI coding agents.
- ✪ Provide practical examples of inspecting large codebases, conducting advanced debugging, and performing architectural refactoring.
- ✪ Formulate structured, step-by-step methodologies for complete feature development and complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- ✪ Assess and evaluate the functional strengths and operational limits of AI coding tools using practical observations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
