- Operating on a flexible, asynchronous schedule, contractors review technical content, author and refine complex prompts, perform Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and evaluate model performance against established quality rubrics. Candidates do not need prior background in artificial intelligence or machine learning, as the position prioritizes core software engineering knowledge, critical thinking, technical editing, and precise written communication.
Key Responsibilities
- ※ Reviewing, editing, and refining technical content produced by AI systems to ensure clarity, correctness, and adherence to software engineering standards.
- ※ Designing, authoring, and evaluating prompts and instruction sets aimed at guiding AI models toward generating accurate technical deliverables.
- ※ Executing rubric-based quality assessments of AI model outputs and offering detailed feedback on technical validity and completeness.
