- In this technical internship, you will work under the leadership of the Head of AI for Industry to build, evaluate, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents. Your primary focus will involve developing capabilities such as task planning, tool orchestration, and multi-system integration using large language models and specialized Agent frameworks like LangGraph and Agent Scope. You will connect AI workflows with core enterprise systems—including ERP, CRM, and order management platforms—to streamline business automation.
Key Responsibilities
- ★ Design, build, evaluate, and continuously refine enterprise-focused AI Agents.
- ★ Implement core agentic features including task planning, function calling, and workflow orchestration powered by large language models.
- ★ Integrate autonomous AI agents with business platforms such as ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management software to automate enterprise workflows.
- ★ Develop, enhance, and maintain custom system interfaces and toolsets for AI agent integration.
- ★ Collaborate with cross-functional product and business units to deploy practical AI agent applications in real-world operational environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ★ Enrolled in or possess a Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- ★ Solid software engineering foundation with practical proficiency in Python and Java.
- ★ Experience developing applications powered by large language models, including hands-on work with prompt engineering and function calling.
- ★ Practical familiarity with dedicated Agent development frameworks, specifically LangGraph and Agent Scope.
- ★ Understanding of RESTful APIs, relational/non-relational databases, microservices architecture, and enterprise system integration techniques.
- ★ Strong analytical thinking, system design capability, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- ★ Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with internal and external international teams.
