Job OverviewWortholic, an artificial intelligence engineering firm based in Rawalpindi, is selecting 5 AI & Full-Stack Engineering Interns for its Batch 2026 cohort. Built for fresh graduates who want to acquire practical software engineering skills by shipping software rather than following passive tutorials, this on-site program focuses on delivering production-grade AI solutions for active commercial clients. Interns will work directly across modern technology stacks and frameworks, including Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and enterprise CRM platforms. Throughout the internship, participants will contribute to building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, complex multi-agent architectures, voice AI implementations, and automated CRM integrations. The program offers a monthly stipend of 20,000, direct technical mentorship from experienced engineers, and a clear conversion pathway to a full-time position for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- ★ Develop and deploy scalable backend services and web applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and Next.js.
- ★ Construct and optimize production-level retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent AI systems.
- ★ Implement voice AI functionality and custom CRM software integrations for active client projects.
- ★ Design, query, and manage relational database schemas utilizing PostgreSQL.
- ★ Deploy, manage, and configure cloud infrastructure and application services on AWS.
- ★ Participate directly in live client software development workflows under senior engineering mentorship.
Required Skills and Qualifications
