Job Overview

Wortholic, an artificial intelligence engineering firm based in Rawalpindi, is selecting 5 AI & Full-Stack Engineering Interns for its Batch 2026 cohort. Built for fresh graduates who want to acquire practical software engineering skills by shipping software rather than following passive tutorials, this on-site program focuses on delivering production-grade AI solutions for active commercial clients. Interns will work directly across modern technology stacks and frameworks, including Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and enterprise CRM platforms. Throughout the internship, participants will contribute to building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, complex multi-agent architectures, voice AI implementations, and automated CRM integrations. The program offers a monthly stipend of 20,000, direct technical mentorship from experienced engineers, and a clear conversion pathway to a full-time position for top performers.

★ Develop and deploy scalable backend services and web applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and Next.js.
★ Construct and optimize production-level retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent AI systems.
★ Implement voice AI functionality and custom CRM software integrations for active client projects.
★ Design, query, and manage relational database schemas utilizing PostgreSQL.
★ Deploy, manage, and configure cloud infrastructure and application services on AWS.
★ Participate directly in live client software development workflows under senior engineering mentorship.

★ Fresh graduate holding a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
★ Strong foundational programming capabilities and practical proficiency in Python.
★ Genuine curiosity and keen interest in artificial intelligence, large language models, and modern software development.
★ High motivation and commitment to transition the internship into a full-time engineering career.
★ Availability to work on-site at the company's office in Rawalpindi starting October 1, 2026.

This role may be suitable for candidates who are recent university graduates in computer science or software engineering seeking immediate, practical experience building real-world AI applications. Applicants who possess a firm grasp of Python programming, an active interest in LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic systems, and a desire to learn through active product deployment will find this opportunity well-aligned with their professional goals. It is particularly appropriate for individuals based in or willing to commute to Rawalpindi who are determined to convert an entry-level internship into a permanent AI engineering career.

Applicants may want to highlight academic projects, capstone software applications, or personal repositories that demonstrate strong Python coding skills and web development experience using frameworks like FastAPI or React. Showcasing any initial familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, cloud services on AWS, or basic AI concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation and large language models can add value to your CV. Additionally, emphasizing your problem-solving approach and a strong desire to build a long-term career in AI engineering will help communicate strong alignment with the engineering team's goals.
