Job Overview

Xsolla is seeking an AI-First Engineering Intern to join its on-site team in Scotland, United Kingdom. As a global video game commerce enterprise incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla provides commercial tools and services to assist more than 1,500 game developers with game distribution, marketing, funding, and monetization. This internship is part of a worldwide initiative designed to drive the company's transition into an AI-first organization by embedding artificial intelligence tools directly into core engineering practices.
Rather than participating in passive observation, interns work directly alongside senior software engineers to build internal AI tools and ship production-ready code that serves internal teams, external players, and video game developers. Operating as part of a global cohort, candidates will collaborate weekly with peer interns across international regions to exchange code, refine workflows, and explore innovative AI integrations.

★ Develop and deploy internal AI tools and software integrations to accelerate technology adoption across company teams.
★ Write, test, and release production-grade software accessible to external game developers and global players.
★ Partner closely with senior software engineers to learn enterprise-level coding standards and architectural practices.
★ Collaborate weekly with an international cohort of intern peers to exchange code, share technical insights, and optimize AI-assisted development workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
