The position involves supervising internal financial procedures, managing daily ledger activities, and evaluating overall hotel financial health to guide executive decision-making. Beyond routine bookkeeping, the manager will lead and mentor an established accounting team, driving procedural efficiency and strengthening internal controls across all property operations.
