Key Responsibilities

★ Direct and supervise comprehensive financial and accounting workflows across hotel operations.
★ Formulate, inspect, and evaluate complete financial statements and executive accounting reports.
★ Maintain high standards of data integrity and precision across all accounting records.
★ Oversee day-to-day accounting routines while tracking overall financial performance indicators.
★ Deliver detailed fiscal analysis and strategic insights to assist senior leadership decisions.
★ Uphold full regulatory compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting laws and financial standards.
★ Guide, direct, and nurture the professional development of the accounting department staff.
★ Optimize internal control systems to elevate reporting accuracy and overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

★ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related academic discipline.
★ Background in hospitality, hotel management, or Hajj & Umrah sector operations is strongly preferred.
★ Extensive practical background managing core accounting and corporate financial operations.
★ Demonstrated track record in financial analysis, statement preparation, and fiscal reporting.
★ Comprehensive familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, accounting standards, and local systems.
★ Proven ability to lead, direct, and organize accounting teams effectively.
★ High level of analytical thinking, detail orientation, strict deadline management, and regulatory compliance.
