Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on MERN stack experience
- Strong expertise in NestJS, Next.js & TypeScript
- Solid system design & microservices architecture experience
- Strong database knowledge (MongoDB + SQL)
- Experience with Redis and scalable systems
- Hands-on coding experience (not just management)
- Team lead experience minimum of 2 years
